Professor Swanepoel’s research applies digital health technologies to develop and evaluate innovative hearing services that improve access and affordability globally. He is co-founder of hearX Group, Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Audiology, and directs the WHO Collaborating Centre for Prevention of Deafness and Hearing Loss.
